So, the answer to our problems of overpopulation and outstripping our ability to supply the 3rd world with food is... to make bigger holes in the ozone, so all those melanin-rich 3rd world people can feed off the radiation?

My favorite question to pose to people is getting them to think about how they would truly react to the news that science has discovered a cure for all diseases in humans and in doing so has increased their lifespan to be triple... but the only humans it is compatible with are of middle eastern descent. How would you react?

We should be happy to know that the human race will prosperous and long lived in the future. But I think deep down not everyone truly feels that way.

Anyway, this is on the precipice of hellfire. I take my leave.

My reaction would be that said miracle drug is a hoax perpetrated by some hippie sociologist trying to start a love-in. That's not a realistic scenario, it's a hackneyed attempt to talk about racism. While it's possible that a miracle drug could be created that only affects certain ethnic groups, it's not very likely that said targeting is accidental and that we don't know how to achieve similar effects for other groups.

Back on topic, the prevalence of life in inhospitable environments has caused me to reevaluate the miraculous nature of life. Life is everywhere, but round things are even more abundant in the universe. So if life is a miracle, we should be in absolute awe of round stuff.
