So, it's looking more and more like I'm going to have to work on Sunday for the big gold medal ice hockey game. Which really, really sucks. But such is life. Anyways, the only way I can think of recording the game and being able to watch it after work is by recording the live feed CTV broadcasts on their website (they're Canada's official broadcaster of the games). Is there any program I can use that will record whatever is on my laptop screen into a decently sized / quality video file that I can watch later on? I've heard of FRAPS but only in a gaming context, not sure if that would apply here.

Thanks for your help!

Realplayer has a built in recorder if it is player associated with the content.
