So this is the second batch of G.Skill RAM that is throwing errors in Memtest86. Am I behind the times and its now acceptable for memory to throw errors in that program? I'm getting pissed of paying to ship back bad RAM to NewEgg. I have a pretty decent system going on but it won't ruttin' run without RAM. (Yeah - started watching Firefly again) |

That's why I use Corsair. Or Crucial, if I am not so concerned with performance. Bad ram? Run memtest, call them, get RMA, work complete. |

I used to just buy the cheapest crap I could find on newegg but after hitting the same issues as you I switched to a reasonable name brand. PS: **** Apple. |

I personally haven't run into any issues with bad G.Skill Ram, have used it in two system builds now. Sorry you keep running into an RMA issue. Although in the last system I built, I used OCZ platinum DDR3, and it runs like a bat out of hell. |
