Does anyone know of a program that monitors HDD by program accessing the drive? my home computer constantly starts thrashing the HDD after it sits unused for a while and once I go and move the mouse it stops, usually that's indexing but I disabled indexing and it's still doing it, but my other computer with windows 7 doesn't do it so I want to find what the offending program is and remove it if possible.
