Ok, so I inherited a tablet pc with a tablet OS license sticker. I need to wipe the thing clean and reinstall the OS, but have no media to do so. Any thoughts on where one could obtain such? |

I take it there's no recovery partition on it? And i'm assuming it probably used Windows XP tablet edition. There's not really much in the "legal" way to obtain it since XP was discontinued, you may be able to luck out on ebay or possibly the manufacturer may be able to send you out a restore disk, otherwise i'd say torrents, I think Vista and 7 have the tablet features built in, but if it's compatible with either of those idk. |

Any thoughts on where one could obtain such? If you have a license sticker, then you should be able to download an ISO for the natural media if you do a little search. You are entitled to such since you do have a license sticker. You might have to activate it by phone if MS is being picky, but in the end you should be alright. |
