What apps do you consider must-haves?
My list right now:
Alfred - keystroke launcher, very robust
Byword - Cheap text editor, looks nice, simple formatting
Cloud / Dropbox - instant sharing with myself or others
Sparrow - Wonderful, minimal Gmail client
Visor - hotkeyed, animated terminal, any time, any where
Total Finder - Many upgrades to finder, including tabs and much more. MUST. HAVE.
Better Touch Tool - create your OWN multitouch hotkeys, including keyboard modifiers. Works with magic mouse / trackpads
Growl - Simple notifications for pretty much whatever you want
TextExpander - save snippets of things you type often, activate any time to avoid repetition
Plex - Wonderful media server/player, great interface and very customizable
