6" is pocket size (just barely I think), so it competes with smart phones and the iPod Touch. It does sound cool, and I like larger screens.

Actually, 6" is the standard e-reader screen size. There are special models that have either larger (Kindle DX, Sony Reader Daily) or smaller (Sony Reader Pocket), but they're not the norm.
