So is anyone still a primary Firefox user? How do you feel about them ramping up their version release schedule so heavily?

The only reason I still occasionally use Firefox is to have a browser perpetually logged into my work Facebook, Twitter, and email accounts, so I don't have to keep logging out and back in on Chrome. :)

Who doesn't want free, sustained, automatic upgrades to a product?

Silent updates are still controversial? They're what has made Chrome superior for so long.

I think this is Firefox's problem:

Quote:
Not included in this version is the much anticipated silent upgrade feature in Firefox that will work similarly to the process Google is using with Chrome. Mozilla expects this feature to be available in Firefox 10.

Firefox is an annoyance to update, unlike Chrome. Removing that block would be a Very Good Thing™.

I don't like the frequent updates because a lot of my plugins don't keep up... Other than that, I like the new additions to FF.

Stop being attached to plugins maybe. You shouldn't turn your browser into an operating system.

I consider no script and Adblock as well as IEtab to be pretty essential.

Sites that need Adblock or Noscript to be useable are always low quality, and you should spend so little time there that it doesn't matter.

I use Firefox. I find Chrome rather off-putting for some reason.
