As of this morning, Netflix reports that I should now have streaming access to The Guild Season 5 and Eureka Season 4.
I can watch both of these on my PC and on my phone ... but not on my blu-ray player.
I've removed both shows from my streaming queue and re-added them, but The Guild still shows only seasons 1-4 and Eureka shows all of the season 4 episodes but they're tagged as "Disc Only".
Again, this is only happening on my blu-ray player.
How weird is that?

I've had similar issues immediately following a shows update, it seems to take a little while for all the relevant devices to update on the shows availability.

Thanks, Nephyr. I'll take a look at it tomorrow or the day after and see if it has self-corrected.

Ya know ... I wonder if there's something funky going on with Netflix on [certain kinds of] blueray players. For the last couple of days, ours has not been able to connect - yet, we can get it on any of our laptops, and the TV downstairs. Upstairs, it says it's connected but when I hit Netflix, it stops at "Loading" or whatever their splash screen says. I've checked all the settings, etc. Curious.

I used to get the "unable to connect" error every few days, and would have to power cycle the router to clear it. I haven't had that problem since putting the blu-ray player in the DMZ, though.

I had the picture just cut out in the middle of watching something on the Xbox. Had to stop and reboot in order to get picture back (backing out of the app and relaunching alone were not enough).

Oh, I can connect. Just never finishes loading. Recycling doesn't help, unless I just haven't done it in the proper MS-juju order.

I haven't had any problems on my TV, phone, Xbox, PS3 or laptop streaming.

I had the same issue right after they put a show up. Could watch it fine on my PC, showed as disc only on PS3. Showed up correctly a couple days later.

I had that problem once when I forgot to update my payment information after reporting a credit card lost/stolen.

Huh. Something to look into, even though I haven't had any cards stolen or expire lately. But CC might be a good place to start, thanks.

Called Netflix today and was eventually informed that I'm not the only one with this problem, it's a problem on their end, and it will be corrected soon.
