The Glade 4.0

I really want one of these things, but the reviews i've read from users on Amazon and BN.com have me worried.

It's hard to get perspective on things like this, as 'happy' customers rarely complain, but there seem to be an inordinate number of people complaining about the screen being extremely fragile, and cracking from even small bumps, and the 'glow light' screen tearing behind the glass.

Anyone have experience with these?

Edit: There is a one year warranty, but it doesn't cover damage caused my "misuse" (i.e. cracked screens, etc...), but they offer an extended 'hardware protection plan' warranty.

Based on what I've read about the fragility of this thing, this makes me want to look elsewhere...
