So lets hear some predictions on who will prevail in the "Suck For Luck" sweepstakes.

I had high hopes for the Seahawks, but after winning this weekend, I suspect that Indianapolis has this one sewn up.

My money is on the Colts. They would be stupid to bring Manning back this year. Draft Luck, let him groom under one of the best ever then either hope Manning doesn't decide to play another 8 years or trade him(Manning).

I'm totally split between the Chiefs and the Seahawks. I think Indy has too much defense to seriously compete for the bottom of the barrel.

Despite the media "silence" on the severity of his injury, I've been informed by several spine injury specialists that letting Manning play again would be both financially and legally disastrous for Indianapolis.

Manning's done for the year. There's no way he comes back. Especially if the Colts keep losing.

I think the Seahawks have a good chance of getting a high pick next year. But, as bad as the NFC West is, they also have a good chance of making the goddamned playoffs again.

The Chiefs have problems, the Jags have problems, Philly has problems, Minn.. There's a lot of shitty teams at the moment. I blame the lockout and lack of real practice time over the off season.

I am going with the Dolphins. If the Browns can beat you after your offense has been on the field for 40 minutes then you have NO hope.

The Colts defense is built to play well with a lead. They haven't had a run defense in like 5 years and their QB situation will make sure they don't have much of a lead very often.

They should just give Andrew Luck to the Colts right now. Either that or let them play the rest of the season in the Pac-12. I'm pretty sure Stanford could beat them handily...

I'd like to see Luck in Seattle.

But we've won two more games than Indy, Miami and St. Louis.

However, only Miami really needs a QB.

Maybe we could offer them Charley Whitehurst, Tavaris Jackson, Felix Hernandez, Ichiro, The Space Needle, and a couple of rusty Ferry Boats for him?

We'd probably have to throw in The Fish Market, Jones Soda, The remaining members of Nirvana and Tacoma as well.

There is no way Andrew Luck consents to being picked by the dolphins unless Sporano is long gone.

At 0-16 or 1-15 he will be.

I don't think he has any choice who picks him. He can certainly opt to not sign a contract. I believe he has a fifth year of eligibility since he red shirted his first year, so he could always go back to Stanford for another year.

He absolutely does have leverage, as he has a year of eligibility remaining. Their have been a ton of rumbleings lately about the Luck family taking the same sort of stance the Mannings took about Eli's draft status.
