They all cheated. Unless you want to throw out every statistic compiled between roughly 1985 and 2009, you have to allow all of them. The whole game was tainted. It is estimated that roughly 85% of the league was using. Given the extreme drop-off in countable power numbers, and the rise of a new pitchers era in the post-steroid era, I'd say those numbers look valid. Remember, the few names that have come out are all traced to one single steroid dealer. There are many more dealers, and many more customers. Your approach is illogical.
