This kind of makes sense. Tebow is a decent backup QB. He's actually won a playoff game. The problem has always been with the craziness that surrounds him. Not even the most ardent Tebow fan could say with a straight face that Tebow should start ahead of Tom Brady, and Bill is the perfect coach to shut down all the outside garbage and not let it affect the team. |

The official word is that Tebow is competing for the 3rd QB spot; I have a suspicion he's going to be in the backfield as a gimmick/utility slot if he's kept on the team. And Gronk might just teach him to play Tight End. |
