I don't follow basketball at all, and tried it with Gladers one year....lol, eed up at like 30%. Was pretty bad.

My picks are lame this year...just no major upsets that I can predict. I couldn't even take my beloved Dawgs past the second round.

You know, it's funny, but I actually do fairly well at these for some odd reason. I rarely watch basketball, don't really like it, but, I can somehow peg the better team.

"Fairly well", for me, constitutes coming in 4th and 6th (out of about 40 people) in our area office pool. Would have won the first year if Memphis hadn't have come up short. Came in second back when Syracuse lost in the title game in '87.

I'm in.

Edit: OK, the "Random Picks" feature for filling in your bracket is genius. I tried it, and it came up with Robert Morris, the #15 seed in the South, as the National Champion. Wow.

Second edit: Went sentimental, in more ways than one. We'll see if it pays off ...

Not sure why it would say that. I'm guessing you might have missed the deadline and that was the first thing the program thought to say.

I got the same thing, as I was already logged in with my Yahoo ID, I guess. I had to go out to the main Yahoo Sports page and find the group.

I probably should (play to lose). I just realized that my Office pool is now almost officially hosed - I had Syracuse winning the championship over ... Villanova.

OK, next year, I either only do one pool, or make them all the same. It's too confusing to remember who I should be rooting for, in which pool.

I kept looking at St. Mary's, Lon, but just couldn't pull the trigger. Only reason I know it is because I've ridden my bike past there, and a professor of mine (20 years ago) said it was a good school. Listen to your profs, man.
