I bring this up not particularly because of the implications, but because the last series for the Cyclones was **** awesome, and no one's really pointing out why. I stumbled on this game late last night just before bed, hadn't heard what happened, and just caught the OT.
Here's what's awesome - the winning touchdown was scored by a backup RB. OK, that's cool enough, but what is so cool about that is that he also gained all the yardage on the drive, which in OT in college ball starts on the 25-yard line. He rushed for 8, 13, and then 4 yards for the score, and was running like a **** ball bustin' demon. Of course, his O-line was also blowing the Cowboys off the ball, which helped. I have no idea if that's what happened the whole game, but it certainly won the game for them. If you haven't seen it, you should, if you like this sort of thing. Unfortunately, I can't find the whole series, just the last run.
