I think this was an excellent selection. I also think he has a brilliant, super-star, NFL career ahead of him.

I'm trying to figure out why you would think that. He may decide to return for his senior year, but I doubt it. He's already got his degree, and will finish his masters in the spring. And anyway, you seem to be saying that he won't have an NFL career at all...to which I say what? Huh? He'll likely be the 2nd QB taken in the draft (I've heard as high as the 11th pick). So I guess I'm back to what? Huh?

He's expressed a serious desire to continue onto law school instead of playing in the NFL.

Robert Griffin III has made it abundantly clear that intends to go to law school. He's also never indicated that he plans on ending his football career. My opinion? He's going to do both. This kid's got more than just a little bit of Floyd Little in him.

Hence my choice of verb ... "may" ...

I at no point said he would not play in the NFL; I said he may not.

He will 99.9% play in the NFL (the .1% being the possibility of a career ending injury).
