I remember my wife asking me to sit beside her on the sofa with my arm wrapped around her back just below her waist. I run fairly warm, she didn't. This and her pills combined were the only way she could feel at all comfortable during PMS cramping.

Condolences on your cyclical discomfort.

Girl, I hear ya. For me, its the week before that is the worst...compared to the PMS dizziness and crazy hormonal mood swings, by the time the cramps get here it doesn't seem so bad in comparison, but it still hurts.
Hope you found something to ease the pain and bring you some comfort.
