I'm so F'ing tired. Tired of having to be pinned down by the plethora of **** I have to take every day to appear and act somewhat sane in this world. I have come to call them all my Hulk drugs. I don't take them for me. I take them for everybody else. Most of the time I feel like I'd be most happy just going up into the mountains, digging a giant hole in the side and living in it.

I'd write it in all caps to indicate my screaming, but I find that annoying as **** too.

Need to find a way to dial it back a notch until you hit a sustainable place. This is hard to do but critical.

Nah, there are plenty of holes already in the mountains. I put them there before the drugs started working for me. Go live in one of them for awhile.

We all have our own trail to sanity. Please, do what you need to do to get better. You are not alone, no matter how singular it feels. While not exactly the same trail, you have friends here who have walked down it before. Ask and we will help as we can.
