The Glade 4.0

Well, I did it again...tripped, fell, and hurt myself.

This time I tripped over my dog's leash in the house before I could get it off of her...landed on my bad left knee, which is swollen and sore, but not broken.

I think I am through tripping and falling! It hurts too much

I feel your pain. Last time I took a big fall, I sprained both MCLs and ruptured left ACL. Replacement surgery and 7 months therapy and five years later, I still don't trust it completely.

I hope your injury is nothing more than a bruise and can be treated with ibuprofen and / or alcohol, whichever you prefer.

Look at it this way, now you have a good excuse to sit with your feet up and cheer on the Sharks tonight!

Kairtane the funny thing is, I had my first physical therapy treatment for my left knee two weeks ago. My muscles are too tight and keep pulling the kneecap "offsides". I don't think my physical therapist is going to be very happy with me when I see him again.

I can commiserate. I fell down a flight of stairs at work in January. My knee occasionally still decides it is going to go all STABBY HOT PAIN OF DOOOOOM on me.
