I just passed up the opportunity to spend a week in Hawaii supporting a ground test. I would have only been needed on one of the 3 testing days...other days I would have been free to play. There would be no airport/ticket hassles...just show up to work, get on the plane Monday, fly back Friday, get in my car and drive home. Free hotel, food, car, drinks. But I chose to stay home and support my family in getting ready for a yard sale.

Turns out when the chief engineer got wind that 29 people were going on the trip...about 3 times the required amount...it got cancelled.
