A telemarketer with an annoying voice starts off with this phrase, leaves a message on my box once or twice a week. I've begun to dread the blinking light. You sure putting a bounty on someone's head is llegal? |

Odd, pre-recorded or not, you should still be able to report them for violation, I would think. |

I would recommend you file a complaint with the Do Not Call registry. According to their site, if you receive prerecorded calls, you can file complaints even if your number is not registered. You need to know the number that called you, and the time and date of the call. |
