Well after 15 years, I guess its time to be moving on (not that my employer gave us much choice) Taking a scary leap to a job with a lot of negatives but some great positives too. (Major bump in salary, less security, longer commute) At least I'm leaping too something and not just away from something. Still, I'm not a person who likes change, and this is a big one. This job has been with me longer than my first marriage. |

Good luck! Been there. Change isn't always easy, but once you get over the initial uncomfortable changes to your routine, you'll be fine. |
