Had a job interview today at 0900. Due to idiots not coming to work this morning I am stuck here until 1000.

I think what he is saying is he won't make this interview because of coworker flakiness.

Missed an interview much like how you describe once.

It sucks. At least call and tell them you won't be there because you can't leave.

It all worked out in the end but man... I shouldn't get so upset over something like this but I need to find something new. Even with the pay cut I will take to start, I would be better off in the long run.

Interview went well. Won't know anything for a week or so. That being said, one of the guys who interviewed me...

It was like someone took John Goodman and stuffed him in another body. The voice was so close it started to creep me out.

The Slitheen are also able to disguise themselves by fitting into the skins of their victims, using compression fields created by a collar worn around their necks to squeeze their huge size into a slightly smaller space. Initially the compression ratio had its limits, so the disguises tended to be that of already obese people.
