You probably could have just spent a few minutes on the phone to the manufacturer's toll-free line, and there's a good chance they would have shipped you a replacement fasteners kit. Unless you absolutely had to have whatever it was today right now immediately instant gratification.
If you really don't mind waiting, you could also just e-mail the company itself. I did this when I'd thought I'd lost my rails after a move. I e-mailed the customer service manager about buying a new set, and got a reply to just e-mail an invoice to them, and they'd replace them for free. After more a couple of months went by, I still hadn't received the rails, so I e-mailed again, and got the rails delivered to me USPS by the next week.
Months later, my apartment manager left a note on my door about having a package for me. Turned out it was the set of rails I hadn't received earlier, the doofuses had just gotten it lost in their office somehow.
When I moved into my house, I found my original set of rails while unpacking...
Hell, DFK!, if ya needed NZXT rails, ya coulda called me!
