Dear Mr. Plow Guy:

I appreciated that you didn't clear to the edge of the road. So I helpfully got to shovel an 8'x6' chunk of the road in order to get out of my driveway.

I especially liked when you came up just as I finished the sidewalk, reburied the driveway, and filled in the sidewalk again.

And the best part? Having been on the sidewalk at the time (a good 6' from the plowed area of the street) and being hit with a wave of snow that buried me to my knees.

Got to do the 10-minute coughing jag when I got inside too. F'n respiratory infections. I need minions to do my shoveling.

Wait until the daughter is old enough to attract the brute strength and ignorance. Use her minions.

My bf's trip to upstate NY got cancelled, but he couldn't make it here either. *pout*

There went some brawn...

(Although I'm only upset because I have a nice fire in front of a comfy leather loveseat, and no one to share it.)

Look for a useless cubbyhole you can brick up.

Spend some time crafting some bindings that will fit in the cubbyhole.

Find a cask of rare and valuable sherry.

Invite the snowplow driver over.

Call him Fortunato.

My city now uses pickup trucks for their plowing. They appear to be Rangers or S-10s and fly by at about 45 mph skimming the top of the snow. Idiots.

I was driving down 422 last night and almost followed a plow trail into the median. Not cool!

Between Kittanning and Butler PA in a 91 Chevy Cavalier, hence the "drifting"

Most plowguys are pretty bad yeah, but I gotta brag on my old man cause he's a pro (and he's my old man)

Also he was out from 10-12 last then 4a-2p this day, so have a little love for the profession folks.

You do realize that he was hired by your ex, or maybe it was your ex in disguise.

I really need to go eat something. Getting delusional . . . or am I?

426 WB out of Philly was absolutely nasty yesterday all the way out to King of Prussia. Last night, most all the roads were cleared, but residential roads still looked pretty bad.

I'm still bummed my bf couldn't get here to snuggle last night! I don't get to see him enough, and certainly not on weekends when my daughter is with her father.

Who is this her you are talking about? I wouldn't think you would be okay with him trying to get another gal to snuggle.

Just kidding, I know its a typo.

I spent most of saturday helping to dig out all the cars in our apartment complex. The 4 cars at the end of the lot were especially fun with the 7 foot tall drift of snow the plow put around them...
