I wish I could say the same. Try being reasonable on a 4+ hour call trying to correct a $900 phone bill that was entirely their fault. I rank them right beside Bank of America on my list of blood sucking companies.
My experience was similar to this. The woman I was dating at the time took our phone to Wisconsin for a funeral; and the entire time she was there she was in the network coverage area, and we had the phone hard set to not allow any roaming calls to complete. And then when our bill came in it had $600 in roaming charges.
When I called to talk with someone about this they told me that "it is too bad, it is my word against theirs, I will pay the fee or be disconnected." To which I offered to print off the service coverage map from their website as well as the one they provided me with showing the area we were in was covered, And I offered to send both of these to them. They cancelled my phone line, immediately sent it to collections, and hit me for early termination fees. Their collections people started to call me the next day... The fun part, the bill was not even due for a week.
So IMNSHO; AT&T Mobile can die in a fire.
That is the only reason I do not have an iPhone.
