After being unemployed since November of 2008, dozens of interviews, losing jobs that I didn't even get to start because of the economy. Companies going under that I had just interviewed with. Finally a new job that I can almost guarantee won't disappear and will be there for as long as I want to work there. Starting next week I'll not only have a job, but I'll have a job that I've wanted for years, the (current) ultimate goal of my re-entry into college: I've just been hired as a National Park Ranger. Training starts next week, and I don't think I've ever been this excited about a job in my entire life. Now if I only had money to go out and celebrate. |
