This has been the worst week ever, work has been so busy. The hospital has been full, yet we still take patients and play musical beds in the middle of the night. Every patient I have had has been unstable and I have had to stay past 730 am to finish all the things I need to get done, because there is just not enough time to get it all done.

/sigh I am so tired
