What do you do when you are angry?
And by angry I mean somewhere after irritated but before enraged.

If I'm genuinely upset, which doesn't happen often, I usually have a few drinks. Anything past that depends on how angry I am. Might lie in my bed for 30 minutes, might smoke, might play games.

Depends who I'm mad at.

A green mist comes over me, and I never remember what happens after that. I usually wake up not knowing where I am or how much time has passed. Also, most of my clothes look like they've been exploded out of.

I walk away, literally. I change locations.

I try to figure out why I'm angry. The anger comes from inside me, so it's not that someone MADE me angry, it's that something triggered anger and I want to know why that something triggers. Anger is usually based in fear of some sort, so I try to find the fear and sooth it.

Personally, I've found that anger is usually the result of guilt, fear or shame.
