Someone didn't want me taking my walk today.....
We went to the park today for a walk...had just completed one lap around the lake (in 90 degree heat, slightly humid, and very smoggy) and were starting the second lap. Two little boys were walking towards us. The youngest waved, smiled, and said hi...as I was saying hi back, my right foot slipped off the edge of the asphalt path and down I went on my left elbow and knee! Ouch!!! I will be feeling this for a few days! I haven't had a scraped knee since I was 10 years old!...and it didn't hurt this bad back then either!
I feel sorry for the two little boys though, they were so upset! I told them I was okay though, hopefully they believed that! It's not their fault I'm so clumsy! Just call me Graceless!!
