I procrastinate. I can't help it--it's what I do. Normally the urgency as a deadline approaches kicks in and I finish tasks on time. Now it doesn't seem to kick in until after I've missed deadlines and I'm making excuses and racing to catch up. I think I need a vacation. P.S. I'll be up late tonight finishing a project that was due today but couldn't complete because I spent a good part of the day finishing a project that was due a couple weeks ago. P.P.S. This mostly applies to "soft deadlines." Mostly. |
