I placed an order approximately a month and a half to two months ago for books for fall classes, and asked them to be delivered to the satellite nearest to me.
Today, I went to pick them up. They were not there. Apparently, my financial aid account was insufficient and the bookstore won't simply charge the amount to my student account (so I could have paid it along with spare tuition that I thought I had had) like I had thought they would.
I would have liked to know about this a month ago, so I could have paid the difference and had my books available for today and not had to ask for assistance with them.
goddamnit.
