Post subject:  Worst day ever

Today I found out my dad had a stroke about a week ago (not quite minor, not quite major) and has been having periodic transient ischemic attacks (TIA) which are basically mini-strokes. Then my ex-wife called me because she gave my info to the cops in regards to having her ID stolen by her former best-friend to confirm the theft. To top it off my ex-gf started making demands that her new BF be allowed to be in the hospital when our child is born and hang with her the whole time. Not an unreasonable request except that today was not the day to make it considering the above.

Ah yes and my three best friends are AWOL so I can't even talk to them about it. One is down with 4 sick kids, one is getting ready for a high-risk delivery on Thursday and the other is out of state on vacation.

**** it. Time for beer.

Going out on a limb here, but I'm thinking it's the part she quoted.

You're sure it is yours? I mean, I'm just reminded of the stories you've told. I assume you've done the tests, but like...yeah.

No the tests come post-natal. Based on the doctor's conception date range though it's about 99.99% mine.

Except for the fact she's a psychotic ex-whore who could have let someone else hide the sausage? I apologize for being blunt about it, but I think that's the component engendering disbelief.

Different ex. That is my ex-wife. The girl who is pregnant is my ex-girlfriend who came along after the ex-wife.

Little of both. I am not happy this girl is a part of my life for the next 18+ years but I am excited about being a father.

Ahhh, man ...

My apologies, Hopwin. I hope everything works out ...

Also, knee-capping is available for a modest fee.

try to get custody all together?

Due date is 3/9. Gender is unknown. I am going to try to work out joint custody with her for the time being but if she can't straighten her **** out then it's a full court press for total custody.

Don't let that excitement of the possibility of being a father prevent you from getting the tests done after the baby is born.

But high risk, expensive and not covered by medical insurance.

No, she makes minimum wage so Medicaid is footing the bill (sorry and thanks all). Once the child is born and paternity established it is going on my insurance.

She got an abortion about a month ago and kept leading me along to keep her parents from finding out. At this point I'm out of her life and more thankfully she is out of mine.
