Prof:Please send me your process analysis. group:*sends analysis and preliminary info including survey questions* Prof:Please send me the survey questions. group: It was in the analysis. Prof: Please send them again. group: ok... Prof: need letters for invitees to proposal presentation group: *gives letters with list of invitees including Tom Jane and Fred* *letter indicates they are invited to see our PROPOSAL* (says proposal multiple times in the letter) Prof: In order to be effective you should invite all impacted parties. Therefore you should invite Fred. The letter also needs to emphasize that the proposal is a proposal and has not yet been implemented." group: O.o |
