How is your home?

Mercifully I'm midway up a reasonably sized hill. No real likelyhood of landslides (well anchored with trees but none so close to the house I'm concerned about about them falling on the house. The hill levels out a bit at my house and then drops down again but we'd have to have 20' of water in the creek before my house would be in danger

We dealt with this in my community last year. The local economy still hasn't recovered from the permanent loss of small businesses.

My prayers are with you and your neighbors.

Glad you are ok. How are your ex-wife and daughter? Hope their home and property are ok as well.

My ex-wife moved to El Paso last year.

Daughter stays with me except during the summer and school breaks.

No rain in 7 months?? Wow. Come take some of ours. We've had way too much...the most flooding our state has had since the 70's if I'm not mistaken.

I would like to volunteer to have all of the flood waters and excess rain everyone else is havind land in Lake Mead.

Our puddle is getting really low, and that is bad because the concentration of Bum Pee and Rocket Fuel is now reaching dangerous levels for the irradiated carp.

Stay safe! Don't need anyone else MIA for a week or so due to Mother Nature's caprice!
