And I can't go to sleep. I took Benadryl...I read 3 chapters...I watched Buffy..I have a fan on...I drank warm milk... And I have to work in 3 hours. I hate my brain not letting me sleep. |

Been there, done that almost every night! Sorry Kirra, you're too young to be suffering from Old Timer's Sleep Deprivation!  Chamomile tea before bed...it can help. Also some lavendar inside your pillowcases. Other than that...wear yourself the **** out before bed every night, in whatever way you want.  /hugs |

night shift blows...but so does getting up at 5 am to go to day shift |
