I started off my b-day with trying to back out of my driveway. My bf's car was parked at an angle, and I didn't have the clearance I thought was there.

I scraped paint off both cars (both are 2010's). /headdesk 20 years of driving experience, and this is the first issue like this I've ever had.

On the bright side, he didn't even yell at me. I'm keeping him.

so which is it? Is it a half-empty glass day or half- full glass day? Bad = Cars , Good = Boyfriend

It's a damn car, not a person! Scraped paint is nothing to get your knickers in a knot over.

For scraping paint, never.

For scraping paint and not telling me, always.

Obviously, you haven't met my ex-husband. I was hearing about spilling a soda in his car for 10 years.

scraped paint, I'm sorry not an issue, at least in my world, the last new car I bought had Arizona pin striping within 48 hours of leaving the lot. I've had to replace my wife's front bumpers 3 times in 5 years since she has no hesitation helping people out when they beak down usually by just pushing them off the road.
She tried pushing me once at a stop light light. We had to replace my rear and her front bumper. Got to love this woman
