Phe's cousin was struck in a hit-and-run this morning when he was boarding the school bus. He's in critical condition and in the latest update (a few minutes ago), doctors are saying his injuries are not survivable. He's 10 years old. This piece of trash illegally passed the school bus when it was stopped and had its lights on and signs out, was speeding, and didn't even stop when he/she hit Allen. http://www.wapt.com/crime-stoppers/29647885/detail.html |

Holy crap. I saw someone post that on FB today that the police were looking for a driver who hit and ran a 10 year old who was getting on a school bus. I instantly thought of my kid and my heart hurt for the kid and his family....I had no idea the child was related to you guys. :'( Praying for ya'll and hoping beyond hope that he survives. |

Wow almost the same thing happened to me when I was around 10. Luckily the car missed my by 1/2 inch according to the measurements done after it happened. Thoughts and prayers are with him. |

An hour ago, his grandmother said he's still in a coma and doctors are saying there's not much hope. What's even worse is that his grandmother (Phe's aunt) raised the boy as her own, and she lost one of her own sons five years ago at age 16. |

My God...I hadn't watched that news report on the website until just now. "The impact sent him flying 54 feet through the air." Jesus. His grandmother posted this on Facebook: Quote: Can I please ask all of you to pray for Kameron, too. While we were at the hospital today, there were lots of distractions. But tonight his little heart is breaking for his brother, and I just do not know how to comfort him. They are so close in age, they are like twins. And also, please pray for Amelia. She is only a handful of months younger than Kameron, so really they were like triplets...always together. Kameron and Amelia were only a couple steps behind Allen when he was hit...it could so very easily have been ALL of them. I don't even have words for this. |

Holy ****, FarSky, that's beyond horrible. I don't even know what to say. Sweet Jesus those poor kids saw everything and it was almost them too...praying for a miracle. Hug Phe for me please.

I have a 7yr old, and can honestly imagine the confusion, pain, desperation and anger if I were in your position. You have my complete sympathies and well wishes for the child. |
