I hate headcolds. So much pressure, so much sneezing, so much ear popping.
Sneezing that could take paint off your walls or pull back muscles at least.
My sinuses hurt so bad my teeth ache.

Yeah, I think we both got it from our son, whom I think got it from his grandfather. I have felt OK, but congested for the past three days. Taking a day off today to hopefully beat this once and for all. |

"Neti" is unnecessary, in the sense that you don't have to do the neck contortion with a teapot up your nostril thing. There are easier and more user friendly ways to rinse your sinuses :p http://www.amazon.com/Ayr-Saline-Nasal- ... 870&sr=8-6 You don't have to necessarily use their solution. But the squeeze bottle makes it a lot easier to do without the teapot up your nostril. I just mix mine and take it in the shower with me. I spend a lot of time in my wood shop, and if I don't rinse, I get congested and headaches, and sometims worse, not to mention sawdust boogers. Using this once a day, preferably at bed time, really helps. |
