I haven't had a high fever in a long, long time. Had one at 102F this weekend. I had forgotten - the moment when a high fever breaks (and it usually is pretty sudden) is amazing. It was 1:30 AM, but I felt so good I went to work. I seriously can only think of one other time when I felt that good, and that involved coming down off a really bad... ride. It's almost worth getting another fever (which I did by the way - don't go to work when you're sick). |

Ok, clearly this is some internet thing. It's getting to the point where you can't say anything without people hitting some internet inside-joke. That's fine, except I often don't get them. And then I feel left out, lonely, and sad. |

It is one of the better ones. Nothing holds up to the "Shake weight' ad they did a year or two ago. I damn near pissed my pants the first time I saw that. Anyway... Get better soon!!! |

Not following/figuring out all the references =/ unread posts. FYI - it was probably 2 years ago or so that I realized WTF Dr. Doom was. Probably 6 months ago that I saw my first reference to a doombot outside this forum. (Obviously I had assumed correctly what they were). I don't follow all this stuff. Last movie I saw in the theater? Deathly Hallows Part 2. Before that? Star Trek. Maybe Avatar? |
