Thank you all for your well wishes. Everything went well. I was home by 11AM and in bed by 11:05AM.
Lot of pain, have vicodan and ice packs, but very tired, so off to bed I go again. Should be more mobile and alert in the morning.

I arrive at the hospital at 6AM tomorrow, to undergo surgery to remove my gall bladder (finally). Hopefully, if all goes well, I will be home by tomorrow night. (I was doing fine until just a few minutes ago, but I'm starting to get a wee bit nervous now.) |

My mom had hers out last year- surgery was simple, and the recovery was quite fast. It was a one night stay- she slept most of the first day, and I took her home the next morning early. She's been a lot better since she had it out. |
