Ok yes. I know you're deaf. It super sucks.

Please utilize the email that god has granted to the interwebs instead of insisting on using a non-technical relay person that has to type in your request between each comment to you. 22 minutes into this call, and I *still* have no **** clue what this dude is trying to do.

I have felt that pain.

Had a fairly regular customer who was hard of hearing way back when I used to work at CompUSA.

I still remember that feeling of "Oh ****, this is going to be a long phone call" whenever I heard the intro from the operator.
