Gary Johnson might cause losses in battleground states. Appeal to voters or lose them, that is the nature of politics and if you can't handle the reality get the hell out of the game Nancy. Go prance your unicorns up someone else's slacks and stop sobbing on mine. |

Its possible. I can't say I'm happy about it. Maybe we'll learn after this time. I'm actually looking at the libertian running for my Ohio House seat. |

He makes some really nice points. However he can't do the one thing we really need him to do. Maybe Mitt can't either, but I think he's got the better shot. at the other levels that's not an issue. There isn't a far left candidate we need to defeat in order to survive. |

I will probably vote for Gary Johnson, but I'm in MD. If I were in a battleground state, I would most definitely not vote for him. |

I consider it all the more imperative to vote for Johnson in a battleground state. I refuse to play your silly game, two-party establishment. I reject your assertion that I must vote for the lesser evil just to vote against the other guy. I vote against both of you, and do so in a state where people actually pay attention to my vote. My vote for a third party has a significant opportunity cost, and I withhold it from both your candidates anyways. |

People only want you to vote when it's for their candidate. |

Your vote isn't going to matter anyway. No national election has, or ever will be, won by a single vote. It's all symbolic, so you might as well make your vote a symbol you truly believe in. That's why I'm voting for Gary Johnson in my battleground state. |

Well, ideology is wonderful, and all, but I prefer to base my decisions on the reality of the situation I am faced with, usually. Yes, there is a cost to sticking to ideology. And if that cost is potentially 4 more years of Obama, the cost is too high for me. |

I think I'm going to pee on my sample ballot and mark it "return to sender" |

I still regret voting for bush in 2004 difference made or not made. So it matters to me and it would matter to me that I didn't try to stop the ideology in power to the best of my ability. |
