Of all the self described political affiliations one could throw their cast in with, the proclaimed "moderates" are among the most self-aggrandizing. In reality, all conservatives and liberals are really moderates because no one advocates absolute non-existent governmental presence or complete lack either. Were this so, this position would be completely impregnable simply by just dismissing anything which contributed more governance or less as the case may be.

Being that all people fall within and not at the endpoints of the political spectrum (and not this alleged Facism->Communism spectrum which is just some mythical invention which serves as a false dilemma tool to misinform the majority of people) so called "centrists" or "moderates" are not any different than anyone else. They just masturbate to their own political position more than others.

The height of irony of moderates is they criticize everyone else for not being moderate enough and oftentimes proclaim how incredibly moderate their position is. I'm sure they are busy churning out these absurdly stupid slogans on extra-medium t-shirts as we speak. XXM are not $4 because that would not be reasonable. More like $1.75.
