I don't get why someone doesn't take them to task for this crap. This is beyond biased reporting, it's just blatant fabrications. They've been doing this for awhile too, like this chart that got aired awhile ago:

Find a media outlet that is NOT biased and then I'll get behind holding Fox's feet to the fire.

Hardly seems Earth shattering.

Indeed. It's very mildly deceptive, but no more so than what any other news agency does. While that doesn't make it acceptable, the fact that FOX gets singled out for criticism is unacceptable for that reason - the reason for criticizing FOX is not that they engage in this behavior, but the direction they go in with it.

In fact, the writer does the same thing. He claims that things are improving slightly but the graph claims that they aren't. In point of fact.. the graph does show that they are slightly improving; it accurately shows a drop over the last few months. The only place that it seems to be slightly off in the vertical placement of the points; the last month is level with the month before it even though the number is down. Despite his claims to the contrary, it's entirely possible that a bug affecting the last month in the chart did cause it to self-generate like that. Either way, he's lying about it not showing minor improvement over the last few months.
