I remember a time when I and others thought ill against blocking people, because some reason like "you don't want to ignore contrary opinion" or whatever. I no longer think this, not everyone is worth listening to. Malice explains it well about setting boundaries. When someone demands you stop, they make it clear they don't see you as an equal. That's not how a discussion between equals work. So either they show they can learn how to treat people or be ignored.
