If what those parents are reported to have done is true, not only should their daughter be taken away but they both should probably be shot in the head (hyperbole for the win!...well maybe not).

These are always much stranger to me when it's more than one adult involved. It's one thing to have a single imbecile who thinks this is ok, but to have another working alongside him (the girlfriend in this case), it just always amazes me.
