St. Louis is looking good!

It'd be better if I left, but still...

(the devil made me do it!)

I'm finding the gluttoney and to a lesser degree Sloth charts a little suspicious.

I'm finding pretty much all of them suspect in one way or another. For instance, their greed map is really a map of income homogeneity, which really doesn't have anything to do with greed.

Similarly, STD rates don't correlate to lust. They more likely correlate to the prevelance of safe sex practice. That, in turn, probably follows poverty and poor education.

This is amusing, but obviously shouldn't be taken seriously.

Bullshit, St. Louis is a glowing beacon of gluttony. Ask anyone who's eaten anything from there. That place is like the mecca of all things fried, greasy and buttery. It's a Cajun grease bucket that someone dropped a Southern gutbuster into topped with White Castle Sliders, Jack in the Box Tacos, Rally's Fries and butter.

Putting the collar back on, pretty sinful in my area.

Good time to go preach and pass the collection plate.

It's not. The "saintly" areas (upper midwest for example) are goldish, while the area above CA is merely neither particularly "devilish" nor particularly "saintly" - according to the graphic.

Sloth, greed and pride in my area.

But I never understood why pride is considered a sin.

Because you're placing yourself above others. Humility is a virtue. `

Pride is and has always been my favourite sin ^-^

Thanks for clearing that up Vind... so the question stands, why is there a belt of saintly people up there? Is there just less yummy food? Are there just less population? Has jesus been running around there screwing up the statistics? hmmm....

Less population, less to steal that you can sell for anything, blander food, uglier people.

Also up there you understand the notion of firewood warming you twice, once when you chop it, once when you burn it.

Also, slothful people die out before they can breed.

/sarcasm off

Far as I can see from the chart we are sinless in my neck of the woods. Bring on the rapture!

Oh, and don't poo in your own backyard.

Ohio is pretty neutral other than we don't have a lot of violent crimes apparently. Interesting. Must be all the gray skies.
