Word has it that he's not going to the school for kids with discipline problems - just going to be suspended; still highlights the stupidity of zero-tolerance rules.

I wasn't a cub or boy scout, so I'm not familiar with this camping utensil. I didn't see a picture of the utensil in the article. So what kind of "weapon" are we talking about here?

Its a swiss army knife style utensil with a fold out fork, knife, and spoon.
