Ask all you want, but throttle the feed and the customers are the ones that suffer, not Level 3. Comcast would be foolish to do that, but it would be interesting to watch what happens if they do.

Except that in many cases, there isn't a viable alternative for an internet provider so in many cases Comcast will not have any negative repercussions.

And yes Hop, this is the Net Neutrality debate.
